Before opening my studio, I worked in the financial services industry as a project manager.  I fell in love with floral design as a young girl watching my mother arranging flowers.  My mom opened my eyes to the dimension of color and taught me not be afraid of trying new designs.  The experience and skills I acquired working as a project manager – attention to detail, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines – helps me in the field of floral designs too.
